What do we do? Our Partnerships Some of our partnerships Under the United States President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) and in coordination with other instances of the US Government, USAID supports Central American governments to effectively and efficiently direct national responses and regions of the HIV / AIDS epidemic. INCAP orients its functions to the development of Food and Nutritional Security in Central America and the Dominican Republic, as a strategy to combat the effects of poverty and promote sustainable human development.
